All photos in this website are provided by the manufacturers, efforts are taken to ensure as accurate a representation of the products as possible. However due to lighting or photo-taking constraints, actual color of product may vary slightly from the photo. Sometimes it might be due to the different settings on our monitors.
At times, manufacturers may also decide to replace or discontinue certain colours and/or production line or even make small changes in design or accessories. They may not have new photos distributed when they deem the changes are not of significance. It would be best when you see an item of interest to call up during our office hours to make an enquiry or visit our showroom to see the actual item especially if you are very concerned about details.
All dimensions are provided by manufacturers, sometimes they are rounded up to the nearest inch or centimeter. The dimensions provided are most times slightly more to ensure that the product will fit in your desired location.
We accept Cash, NETS, and Bank Transfer.
We also accept cash on delivery but that is mostly limited to known/return customers with good standing.
An invoice will be sent to you after the confirmation of order by email or mms or during delivery. Should there be any error in the details, please inform us immediately with a reply to the email or sms.
Please retain the invoice for warranty purposes and as proof of purchase.
We would prefer if you can arrange your own transportation or cash & carry because we are out-sourcing deliveries to transportation companies so that we concentrate on reducing costs.
Should you need us to arrange for deliveries, please inform our staff. They will advise you on the prices. We will always try to deliver within 3 working days upon order confirmation by us.
Should there be any unforeseen circumstances which require changes in delivery dates or times, please inform us at least 2 days before deliveries to allow us time to re-schedule your delivery.
Delivery only starts from 1:00pm when our store is open for business. They will deliver onwards till 12:00am midnight. We take pride in the fact we will try to deliver even after office hours and even during public holidays in order to accommodate your busy schedule. However we might not be able to meet everyone’s request. If you should require a specific delivery timing, please order well in advance and kindly inform our staff to make special arrangements. There might be additional charges involved if we have to make a special arrangement for delivery.
With the current car population, there are still congestions despite paying the ERPs, it is beyond our control if the delivery takes longer than expected. Please be patient with the delivery personnel cause they have to deal with unpredictable and sometimes frustrating traffic situation and getting there safely & on time too.
We reserve the right to change the delivery date/time should there be any unforeseen circumstances. ( No one likes surprises, but life is pretty much unpredictable )
Should there be any damage/defects of the product when delivered, please inform the delivery team immediately, take a photo of the damage, and call our delivery supervisor 96960007 / 91157799 at the same time so that they can advise you on the matter. They will assess the damage and make further arrangements.
Please check your items carefully before the delivery team leaves to avoid disputes.
All products will follow the manufacturer's warranty duration and their terms and conditions.
All mattresses will follow the manufacturer’s warranty duration and their terms and conditions, which can range from 1 yr to 20 years depending on the individual mattresses and the manufacturer.
